How do I setup an account to place an order online?
Simply click on the "My Account" link and select "Create a Web Account". Once there, fill out the online form. One of our Customer Service Representatives will quickly contact you to verify your information and setup your account. You will receive an email when your account is activated. If you already have an account with us, your information and options will be available after you login with you new password for this new site.

Once I have an account, how do I place an order online?
•Login using the "login" or "My Account" links at the top of the page
•Add desired items to your cart. You will see the number of items in your cart and the running total cost of your items at the top of the page. At any time you can "mouse over" the cart and its contents will be viewable to you.
•When finished ordering, simply click on the cart and you will be taken to checkout where you confirm your shipping address, shipping method and then click submit. You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received.

I placed an order but I haven't received my confirmation email.
Should you not receive the email, check your junk email. To ensure you receive emails,  be sure to add SONNY'S to your safe senders list. If you do not receive an email confirmation, to confirm you email address with us by either sending us a message at update@sonnysdirect.com or by calling us at 800-327-8723.

What if I can't remember my user ID or password?
Your email address is your user ID. Once your account is setup you cannot change your user ID.
If you forget your password simply click "Forgot Password" on the "Login Screen". You will be sent an email with instructions on how to re-set a password for your account.

What if I want to change my password?
Login with your current password and follow the instructions above for "Forgot password".

How do I setup my Favorites?
Login and visit your "My Account" page. If you previously setup and saved a "Favorites" list it will be viewable on your "My Account" or "Favorites" Page. To add more items to your list, simply click "add to favorites" while visiting a product page. See the instructions for using My Favorites under the Site Features tab.

How do I get a SONNY'S printed catalog?
Visit us at http://www.sonnysdirect.com/LiteratureRequest.aspx where you will have access to request any of our catalogs or videos.

What Credit Cards does SONNY'S accept for parts and accessories purchases?
SONNY'S accepts MasterCard, Discover, Visa and American Express.

What if I'm not sure which part I need for my wash?
SONNY'S maintains a tech support department. If you are not sure which part you need to order, just give us a call at 1-800-327-8723 and we'll be happy to help.

Does SONNY'S only sell parts for SONNY'S equipment?
SONNY'S sells parts, rollers, cloth, chain and more for 12 OEMs.

Does SONNY'S only sell parts for tunnel equipment?
SONNY'S sells parts and accessories for detailers, self serves, tunnels and In-Bays.
